- Regularly review all open call or project work orders
- Dispatch inspection staff accurately and according to client requirements
- Compile daily, weekly and monthly management reports
- Communicate with Department Managers on exception issues and manpower needs
- Work with the Stores and Fleet Department to properly coordinate staff, materials and equipment requirements for technicians prior to Dispatch
- Provide back up coverage for other Dispatch or administrative people during vacation periods
- Full-time Days, 40 hours per week

- Professional Dispatch Training or post secondary technical training
- 2-3 years direct experience in Dispatch, Industrial Construction or NDT experience
- High level of dispatch operation knowledge and the ability to deal and expedite problems in a timely fashion
